“Limited Scope” is a defined engagement category under APES 225, the valuation standard we voluntarily align with. The name describes the scope of work, not a grade of quality. Purpose, reliance and the information available set the category. What you receive is an evidence-based report signed by an AVI Certified Business Valuer.
Fee payable on signing the engagement letter. Calculated Value and Limited Scope: generally 5–7 business days after required information, clarifications, signed engagement documents and payment. Full Conclusion timing is agreed individually; complex work may take longer.

Will a buyer, lender or the ATO automatically accept the report?
Do you provide court-appointed or expert-witness valuations?
What should I bring to the first conversation?
What does the IBV™ Independence Guarantee change about a specialist valuation?
